Return Policy

ArborGold Software comes with a 30 day return policy less 10% Service Fee of the total of the software purchase. Request for return must be made within 30 days from purchase date.

Microsoft MapPoint, Microsoft SQL, Caller ID box, yearly subscriptions to web services and charges for setup of web services, customization of the software and/or reports, importing data fees are nonrefundable.
