Mobile Crew

With the Mobile Crew portal access your crews can view and update daily work order and job information, including job Start and Stop times from any device that has an internet connection such as a cell phone, PDA, or laptop computer.  From the field, crews can update the hours, resources, plus any additional services the customer adds on at the job site.  Crews can also email customers from the field informing them about the services they’ve completed and any additional information they need to communicate.  Combined with ArborGold’s Command Center, you’ll have real-time crew production and job cost information.

The Mobile Estimator, Mobile Crew and Customer Web Portal requires  a web server in your office to have local access to the ArborGold database. The web server can be any computer running a Server Edition of Windows or a properly configured Windows XP, Vista Business,  Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7 with IIS service enabled.
